Drive B2B outbound telemarketing initiatives to expand TathyaGrid's presence across advocate networks, law firms, and enterprise legal departments in India. This is a high-growth, performance-based remote role for a proactive self-starter.
Core Responsibilities:
- Execute B2B outbound sales phone calls and campaign outreach to legal professionals, advocates, and law firms across India.
- Articulate TathyaGrid's sovereign AI value proposition, pitch research workflows, and convert prospects into active platform users.
- Take complete ownership of lead qualification, pipeline management, phone follow-ups, and conversion goals.
- Adapt quickly by learning through doing, continuously optimizing pitch scripts and objection-handling strategies.
- Maintain detailed logs of prospect interactions, client feedback, and sales metrics in the CRM system.
Skills & Requirements:
- Proven experience in B2B outbound sales and telemarketing within India.
- EdTech or SaaS sales experience is strongly preferred.
- Fluent conversational skills (English & Hindi) with strong verbal persuasion and active listening.
- Performance-driven mindset, comfortable working in a target-oriented, high-incentive structure.
- Work from Home (Remote, India only) with a reliable high-speed internet connection and quiet working environment.

Lead the alignment, quality assurance, and training pipelines of TathyaGrid's custom legal AI models. You will curate expert legal training datasets, audit model outputs for legal accuracy, and design robust evaluation sets.
Core Responsibilities:
- Create high-quality training data, instruction datasets, and fine-tuning samples for custom legal LLMs.
- Audit, evaluate, and grade model outputs (summaries, analysis, search results) to identify hallucinations and improve model precision.
- Build golden evaluation datasets based on complex Indian case law, tribunal judgements, and statutory codes.
- Collaborate directly with machine learning engineers to optimize prompt structures, system prompts, and RAG workflows.
Skills & Requirements:
- LLB or LLM degree from a recognized Indian university.
- 2+ years of PQE in litigation, legal research, or legal annotation.
- Deep domain expertise in Indian case law, civil/criminal procedures, and corporate law.
- Strong analytical mindset with a passion for building next-generation legal technology and model alignment (RLHF/DPO).

Assist in curating legal datasets, annotating judgement corpora, and evaluating model search outputs to improve TathyaGrid's AI tools.
Core Responsibilities:
- Annotate, clean, and structure historical court judgments and legal briefs to train our domain-specific models.
- Conduct systematic evaluations of search queries and model summaries, comparing outputs against reference standards.
- Identify discrepancies, hallucinations, and inaccurate references in model generations.
- Assist in generating high-quality prompt templates and instruction-following examples.
Skills & Requirements:
- Final year law student (3-year or 5-year LLB course) or recent law graduate.
- Excellent command of written English and ability to synthesize complex case facts.
- Strong understanding of legal principles, case taxonomy, and judgment structuring.
- Eagerness to work with AI models, prompt engineering, and technology-assisted legal workflows.
