The Tribunal disposed of the execution proceedings (EA-25/2025) following full satisfaction of the decree by the judgment debtor via a Bank of Baroda Demand Draft. Consequently, the previous order for attachment of the judgment debtor's account was withdrawn.

The Tribunal noted the satisfaction of the decree via Demand Draft No. 428019 for Rs. 3,07,041/- and directed the judgment debtor to upload a copy of the draft on the portal.

The Tribunal noted a partial payment of Rs. 8,32,825/- by the Ghaziabad Development Authority and granted the judgment debtor 10 days to file an objection regarding the decree holder's claim for unpaid interest amounting to Rs. 3,09,551/-.

The Tribunal noted the appellant's computation of the decree amount at Rs. 12,07,045.12 and recorded the respondent's submission that they are in the process of satisfying the decree.

The Tribunal heard arguments regarding the pending approval of a decree amount by the Ghaziabad Development Authority and noted a request to recall the previous order dated 11.12.2025 which had issued a recovery notice to the Collector.

The Tribunal directed the Registry to issue a demand notice to the Collector, Ghaziabad, to recover Rs. 3,41,157/- from the Ghaziabad Development Authority by attaching its bank account at Bank of Baroda.

The Tribunal noted the partial payment of Rs. 9,25,361/- by the Ghaziabad Development Authority to the decree holder, while the decree holder claimed a remaining balance of Rs. 3,36,420/- is still owed under the previous order.

The Tribunal issued a show-cause notice under Section 64 of the Act to the Vice Chairman and Secretary of the Ghaziabad Development Authority, directing them to explain why penal action should not be taken for non-compliance with the decree.

The Tribunal granted the respondent a 10-day extension to satisfy the judgment and decree dated 07.03.2025, while directing the appellant to submit a computation of the decree certified by a Chartered Accountant.
